Jacob is a Texas-born translator — not of languages, but of the gap that quietly kills most technology projects: the one between business people and the tech teams trying to serve them. That gap became clear during his time in public service, when he was tapped to lead a software development project for his department. With no formal tech background, just a bachelor's in international business and a master's in finance from Texas Tech, he found himself spending more time bridging communication breakdowns between business stakeholders and developers than anything else. The experience didn't frustrate him — it lit something up. He launched The Technical Bridge in March 2026 with a simple conviction: small businesses in Katy, Houston, and beyond now have access to the same powerful tools that big companies use, and they deserve someone who'll sit down with them and actually show them how to compete. He's helped a home cleaning startup go from invisible to findable — building an SEO-optimized website, establishing their Google and Foursquare presence, and training the owner to manage it all herself using AI. He's generated leads for CPAs and physical therapists, automated tedious research for real estate investors, and built custom tools for job seekers and retail buyers. His approach is always hands-on: part training, part demo, part working session. Jacob believes AI should make people more capable, not replace them — and that a rising tide lifts all boats. A proud Texan of Mexican, American, and German heritage, husband and father of two boys, he doesn't show up as a guru. He shows up as a collaborator.
