Real Estate Investment Properties
Developed a prompt for performing deep research in traditional and non-traditional property listing sources. Deployed multiple AI agents to perform tasks simultaneously (research traditional real estate sites, research non-traditional real estate sites, analyze images, provide projections). Output was an interactive report with links to listing sites that can be repeated on demand. This report saved client 20 hours of research and analysis.

Developed a centralized purchase operation for an online retailer. Client provided common purchase websites and listing of purchase items. Built a quick, repeatable, and centralized research operation using multiple AI agents. Agents were deployed to research multiple websites, analyze images, and provide analysis.
